To place orders on the Dori Csengeri D-Store, we require that you enter your credit card details and your personal data. This information is required to process your order and payment. Credit card personal data are destroyed after the completion of your order and your payment. Your personal and payment information is not divulged to any parties, except to those involved in the fulfillment of your order.

Dori Csengeri D-Store provides customers the opportunity to opt-out of having their information used for purposes not directly related to their transactions at the point where we ask for the information. The Dori Csengeri D-Store uses Secure Server Technology to ensure that your payment is securely processed. Your payment is entered on secure pages which ensure that your payment is protected by the highest standards. Your payment details are automatically encrypted when entered on the site. For further security, Dori Csengeri D-Store does not store any credit card information. Despite our best efforts to protect your information, we cannot fully assure you that there will be no unauthorized access to that information. Nor can we assure you that there will not be any instances of access to that information that is not in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The prices of the articles shown on the site do not include VAT (for Europe), shipping or eventual local taxes. VAT (Value Added Tax) may be charged by local authorities at the point of entry. While we try to ensure that prices are correct, errors may occur. Should we find an error in a price of an article you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. In the case we cannot contact you; the order will be treated as cancelled.
Your order will be registered and considered confirmed once your payment has been approved by your financial institution. Once your payment details have been verified, the order is confirmed to you as soon as possible by email.
Pre-Orders
In order to better serve you, we offer you the possibility to pre-order selected items that are not available at the time of your order. An estimated date of delivery is given to you when you place the order. A pre-order will not be processed until we have received your confirmation to the delivery date and the full payment of your order.

Packaging
All articles are delivered in a Dori Csengeri signature pouch accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. For gift giving, we include a blank Dori Csengeri signature greeting card for your use. The articles are enclosed in a plain delivery envelope or box.
Cancellations
All orders that have not left our premises can be modified or cancelled. To do so, Please contact Customer Relations by email to giora@doricsengeri.com or use the CONTACT US form on our site. We will refund you to the corresponding amount of a total or partial cancellation of your order. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to the Returns policy below.
Returns
We offer the possibility to return articles purchased on the Dori Csengeri D-Store, without need of justification, for up to 10 working days, i.e. excluding weekend and holidays, after the date of receipt of your order. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our Customer Relations at giora@doricsengeri.com or by using the CONTACT US form on our site. We may not be able to process unidentified returns and they may be returned to the sender.
You may return items in their original packaging, to ensure that they are adequately protected in shipment, with the copy of the RA notification appended, to the address indicated on the RA notification. Reimbursement of the returned item's price, excluding shipping costs, will be made by crediting you credit card account within thirty days of reception of the returned items.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all Dori Csengeri tags and materials included with original shipment, including specifically the numbered Certificate of Authenticity. Items that are returned used, incomplete, spoilt, damaged, dirty or otherwise deteriorated shall not be accepted for full reimbursement and may be sent back to the customer.
Returns for Repair
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. The repair of faulty goods is offered free of charge.
For any return for refurbishing or repair, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our Customer Relations at giora@doricsengeri.com or by using the CONTACT US form on our site. We may not be able to process unidentified returns and they may be returned to the sender.
Shipping Options and Rates
Each Dori jewelry item is made-to-order at our studio. After placing your order, please allow up to 10 business days for our studio to make your selected pieces and have them ready for shipment. For rush orders, please contact us
Orders placed on the Dori Csengeri D-Store can be shipped worldwide. We offer different shipping options to meet your needs, as posted at checkout.
Important Notice
- For security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes. Deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
- We are unable to redirect deliveries once they have been dispatched
- Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. They do not take into account delays caused by local customs, stormy weather and local holidays.
